All Sales are final due to the fact that 95% of our items are handmade and hamd create just for you. All orders are made in the the order they are received. We ask for two weeks to process and create your items, but may take up to 3 weeks depending on how many orders are ahead of you. Larger orders we could need more time to create it.

We also would like to remind you that we do this for the love of the craft. We are a Mother/Daughter team. And as you do: we have jobs, family and all the drama that goes with that, but we do our best to fulfill your magickal needs within our given time frame. If you are looking for next day shipping we are not Amazon.com. We are probably not the shoppe for you. We put all the love and magick we can into each of our products.
