3) The Maryam Flower ~ Place the Maryam Flower in a bowl of water. When Labor begins, place the Flower near and where the mother can see it. This is a very powerful visualization tool that has been used by Midwives for over a 100 years. The mother would visualize that the Maryam Flower was her cervix softening and opening and as it does the Maryam flower begins to soften and open. Overtime, the flower blossom will be fully open and hopefully the mother will be fully dilated and ready to push.
