This process lasts about 20 minutes. The steam bath releases healing heat and cleansing plant oils into the uterus, cervix, and ovaries. When finished go lay down under the covers for about an hour. Before bedtime is a great time to use your Yoni Steam.
Yoni Steam is great for women who have bad menstrual cycles, clotting, dark red bleeding, cramping, and sickness. My daughter is one of those women. To cleanse for menstruation you should use the Yoni Steam within the week before your period begins. Repeat this monthly until your menstrual flow fluids are pink and there is no more cramping.
