Our Spooky Samhain Dinner

Our Table décor changed for our Spooky Samhain dinner. We wanted our guests to be delighted and enchanted throughout their whole experience. Décor just sets the mood for the entire event. Below are some more pictures of our dinner décor before dinner was served.

For our Dinner Menu we wanted to delight our guests palette starting with our Pumpkin squash soup; garnished with garlic croutons and pumpkin seeds and Ginger spiced muffins shaped like leaves and acorns.

We then proceeded with our Apple Raisin Coleslaw salad to cleanse the palette before the dinner course.

For our spooky main course we served a hearty Pork stew made with Red potatoes, Acorn squash, Zucchini, Carrots, Sugar snap peas, Broccoli,

Cauliflower, Garlic and Onions.

For dessert we devoured a delicious warm baked stuffed Apples garnished with my Cream cheese whip and Cinnamon stick. Mmm...good! Of course we added a slideshow for you in case you want to use or recreate it for yourself!
